{Que the streamers! Que the Balloons! Light those Candles!}
Meet Paula. I've known this girl for about 4 years now. We met at a little church in Austin and she's been a bright little piece of sunshine in my life since then. She's full of life, caring, absolutely lovable and beautiful! She's turning 18 on Oct. 15th and I must say, she's owning up to that adult title very well.
We had a BLAST doing this shoot for her Birthday. She was such a little trooper traipsing around in her high heels out in a very unleveled field, fighting windy conditions during the last part of the shoot and then braving, yes, a train. I don't take my shoots lightly. Ha!
Through it all, Paula remained AWESOME and high spirited. You WILL be seeing more of this girl in the future...

The next couple of pictures was taken at the very end of the day...As we started to wrap up the shoot on the tracks, I heard the whistle of the approaching train. I told Paula to quickly scatter off and take her position in front! It was quite hilarious seeing us slip and slide coming off the tracks! But Alas! We got the shot and a couple more like it...Paula was a trooper I must say!
And she was Brave;-)
Old Hollywood? I think so...
